Abstract: 

Stabilization of switched linear systems is one of the most important problems in the field of switched systems. On the other hand, asynchronous switching between the controller and the system may lead to an unstable closed loop system or degrade the closed loop system’s performance. In this paper the problem of stabilizing a switched system with both stabilizable and UNSTABILIZABLE SUBSYSTEMs and asynchronous switching between the controller and the system is considered. Using Lyapunov-like functions, some criteria are presented to guarantee the stability of the switched system based on the activity time of the stable and unstable SUBSYSTEMs and maximum number of switchings in a given time interval for both discrete-time and continuous-time cases. The last issue, verified in this paper is the design of a state feedback controller which can provide stability criteria, as well as designer’s desired criteria, including minimum activity time of the stable SUBSYSTEMs. In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, simulation results are presented at the end of the paper.

Abstract: 

Iran is situated at the center of a regional SUBSYSTEM including the Middle East, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Southwest Asia and the Persian Gulf basin. Iran's relations with each of these SUBSYSTEMs refer to a special ground that is rooted in the foundation of Iranian civilization. If relations with each of these regions are designed according to cultural, economic and political realities on the one hand and efforts are made at the formation of regional cooperation on the other, Iran will gain unrivaled power as a core connecting these SUBSYSTEMs. Obviously Iran's orientations in each of these regions might be in contradiction to the requirements of relationship with another region which needs an active diplomacy in order to remove. Such differences and paradoxes require the creation of an Iranian coordination center so that what happened to Bismarck's system could be avoided. At that time, conflict between Russian and Austrian interests caused the destruction of the Bismarck's first system. This article is comprised of two theoretical and case study parts which are adapted. First the grounds necessary for the formation of a SUBSYSTEM are specified and then differences the structure of each of the aforementioned regions may unfold are discussed.

Abstract: 

In this paper, the step track SUBSYSTEM, suitable for geosynchronous orbit (GEO) satellites, is simulated. By using Standard MATLAB® Package and its features such as Simulink toolbox, Data Acquisition toolbox, Real Time Workshop (RTW) and Real Time Windows Target (RTWT), it is possible to completely simulate a control system. Also, by using these properties it is possible to construct a practical real-time system, change its parameters and view their effects on the system during operation.

Abstract: 

The present study attempts to analyze Iraq war against Iran based on Parsons' SUBSYSTEMs. The main question aims at finding the social positive/negative functions of the war. According to the studies, the first effect of the war was damaging behavioral organism SUBSYSTEM so that it couldn' t realize its functions.Subsequently, the chaos spread to the personality SUBSYSTEM. Except for the qualitative and the quantitative development of the defense industries, the war caused failure in most purposes of the first development plan drawn up the behavioral organism SUBSYSTEM. To create unity and cohesion in the society and based on the specific necessities of wartime, the social SUBSYSTEM ratified the laws tending to be supportive and economic, though it was not so successful. Eventually, the cultural SUBSYSTEM which was influenced by the war could revive different values in various eras of wartimes and spread them to the society. It could also issue the necessary orders to other social SUBSYSTEMs so that they could confront the problem relating to the war. At the end of the war this SUBSYSTEM relatively lost its effectiveness.

Abstract: 

Allocation is one of the important activities in the reliability process, if it is not done correctly, it will not be possible to achieve the reliability goals for the whole system. To allocate the reliability, methods have been presented that are not free of defects. In this research, five factors of complexity, new technology, operation time, environment and resilience of SUBSYSTEMs are considered and the goal is to consider a new approach in allocating reliability to the goal feasibility method so that different parts and SUBSYSTEMs can be examined and measured based on the desired reliability and resilience. The obtained results are investigated and measured by Foo method with the mentioned five factors and finally validated.

Abstract: 

Today, one of the most important and expensive industries in the world is space industrument. Manufacturing the satellite is a part of this industry. Because of this reason, analyzing the behavior of satellites is too important. Not being accessible in the space causes to make the simulators of satellites. One of the most important SUBSYSTEMs in the satellite is the power supply SUBSYSTEM. In this paper, it is tried to design the different part of the power supply SUBSYSTEM of satellite simulators such as photovoltaic system, battery, electrical load. As it is difficult to analyze the behavior of satellites this simulator would be usefull in space industries. This simulator wouldn't have the problem such as preparing the test condition, the cost of providing the different size of batteries and also age reducing batteries by using them. It is available to be expanded to different kind of battery. The battery which has been simulated in this paper is MP 176065 Integration 6.8 Ah Li-ion battery that is made by Saft Company and the photovoltaic panel is a 200 watt panel made by KYOCERA. This simulator can simulate the max power point tracker and gives the max power to the system.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the current research is to identify and validate the predictive factors of digital human resource management in Iran's knowledge-based companies. The present research is applied in terms of the philosophical assumptions of the interpretive model and in terms of audience studies. The research sample in the qualitative phase of the academic field experts include university professors, members of the scientific team and managers of knowledge-based companies, and a total of 15 experts were interviewed to collect qualitative data. The qualitative research approach and strategy used is theme analysis using MAXQDA software. The research results showed 34 primary themes (indicators), 14 sub-themes (dimensions) and 7 main themes as predictors (digital competence, digital culture, digital capabilities, digital human resources, digital innovation, digital workforce, gamification) for this The meaning was identified. In this research, indicators and effective factors on digital human resources management based on the natural conditions of Iranian society and especially knowledge-based companies were calculated. Also, the present research helps to enrich the theoretical foundations of digital human resource management.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the model of participatory budgeting in the SUBSYSTEM of university program and budget. The current research is qualitative-quantitative and exploratory in terms of its practical purpose and method. The data were collected in two library and field stages, including semi-structured interview and two-situation-multiple-choice questionnaire, and in terms of data analysis method, in this research, content analysis, thematic analysis, and structural equation modeling technique have been discussed. The theme analysis was identified and refined and reviewed by experts; Then the findings of the research in the two areas of descriptive results of demographic characteristics and descriptive results of the research were analyzed and reported with the help of SPSS and PLS software. Regarding the classification of these factors, which was obtained based on data refinement through PLS software, it shows five dimensions, 9 components and 32 indicators. (sub-component) was confirmed, according to the investigations that were carried out and weighting using multi-criteria decision-making methods, respectively, the dimensions of executive requirements, systems, culture, structure and resources were important, each of these factors has its own component and Key indicators for the realization of the participatory budgeting model in the academic financial system.
